OFFICIAL RULES AND DISCLAIMER ELIGIBILITY: The Campaign is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older and who possess a valid, government-issued driver's license. 


General Information

Our online store works just like any e-commerce website. Find items you like and add them to your cart.

Once you are complete, you may checkout by using a debit card to pay for the chances.

When checking out, please ensure you utilize a proper-working email address and all other information is accurate.

Within minutes of checking out, you will receive (2) seperate emails. One will contain a receipt, and the other will contain your chances (numbers) for each board that it corresponds to.

No raffle is drawn until all chances have sold out or otherwise determined by the Ellerslie Volunteer Fire Company.


Winner Notification

Drawings are usually held every Sunday evening at 8PM live on Facebook Live. Upcoming reveal nights can be found on our home page. 

Six of Hearts Drawings are normally held on Wednesday evenings at 8PM.

Any raffle that sells out 2 hours prior of a planned drawing night will be drawn that evening.

All winners are notified via email within 24 hours of drawings.

Claiming Your Prize

Prize pickups nights are scheduled weekly and the dates are available on our home page and posted on our Facebook page. 

If you are a winner of the Six of Hearts drawing, notification will be made via email starting March 1, 2025. Please follow the same procedure as below if you wish for it to be shipped.

All poultry products, MUST be picked up the week that you won. These items come into us FRESH in bulk.

Any other prizes, other then fresh polutry products, must be claimed within 30 days, or it becomes the property of the Ellerslie Volunteer Fire Company Inc.


Shipment of Prizes

Each product on the store that allows for shipping will display a message next to the remaining stock that says Shipping Options Available if Won.

All gift cards won on the store are automatically mailed and no further action is needed once receiving a winning email.

Once we receive the request to have an item shipped, please allow 2-4 business days for processing the shipment. Once we have shipped the item an invoice will be send via SQUARE to your email on file to pay for shipment.

Ellerslie Volutneer Fire Company Inc. covers the first $5.00 of shipping cost per shipment.

NO REFRIGERATED OR FROZEN FOOD PRODUCTS CAN BE SHIPPED.


Shipment of Firearms

If you were a winner of a firearm, not including Crossbows, our authorized FFL (Golden Rule Home Center) will reach out to you within 2-4 business days to arrange for either pickup at there location or the trasnfer to an FFL.

You do not need to take further action once you receive the email confirmation that you have won a Firearm.

All shipping costs or transfer fees are the responsibilty of the winner. Our FFL will take payment over the phone for shipping costs to other FFL's.


Taxes

Any prize that exceeds set thresholds by the state or federal government will be issued a W2-G. This includes our Six of Hearts Jackpot Drawing.

Ellerslie Volunteer Fire Company will give winners of these prizes a W2-G, which they must file when completing their taxes. 


Additional Information

DISPUTES: THIS Campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATE OF AMERICA AND THE STATE OF MARYLAND, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Maryland having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Campaign). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.  


RELEASE: By participating in the Campaign and/or accepting a prize, a participant/winner agrees to defend, release and hold harmless the Ellerslie Volunteer Fire Company, and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and the foregoing companies' officers, directors, shareholders, members, managers, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively "Releasees") from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, death, loss or damage of any kind (including any for the violation or infringement of any proprietary or personal right of any individual or entity)("Liability") resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participant's participation in the Campaign, and/or participant's use, acceptance, or possession of a Campaign prize, and/or participant's participation in a Campaign prize-related activity. By participating in the Campaign and/or accepting a prize, a participant/winner consents to and gives the Ellerslie Volunteer Fire Company the right to interview, photograph/video a winner, and in perpetuity to freely and exclusively use, publish, and display a winner's (and where applicable a participant's) names, address, entry form, picture, portrait, likeness, voice, video, statements, quotes, biographical information, and prize information (in whole or in part, as may be adapted, edited, or modified, as solely determined by Ellerslie Volunteer Fire Company) for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the World Wide Web, without review, notification or approval, all without additional consideration, unless prohibited by law. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.  


CONDITIONS: Participants agree that by participating in the Campaign they release the Releasees from any Liability in connection with: a) Entries that are ineligible as a result of being lost, late, illegible, damaged, incomplete, stolen or misdirected; b) any typographical or other human or technical errors in the offer or administration of the Campaign, including but not limited to errors in advertising, these official rules, the selection and announcement of a winner(s), or the distribution/awarding of a prize(s); c) any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, misdirection, damage, injury, technical malfunctions or traffic congestion on the Internet/telephone network, or at any website, or any combination thereof; or d) acts of God, natural disasters, or other force majeure matters out of Ellerslie Volunteer Fire Company’s control. The Ellerslie Volunteer Fire Company reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Campaign. If for any reason the Campaign is not capable of running as planned as a result of but not limited to an error, omission, defect, delay, misdirection, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of entrants, infection by a computer virus/worm, technical failure, natural disaster, act of God, disruption of the public markets, act of terrorism, war or any other cause which in the sole opinion of Ellerslie Volunteer Fire Company corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Campaign, the Ellerslie Volunteer Fire Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to withdraw, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign without obligation or prior notice and in such event to determine the winner via random drawing from among all valid entries received up to the time of such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. In such event, Releasees shall have no liability to any participant who is disqualified due to such an action. Failure to enforce any term of these official rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
